About Us

The portfolio platform for environmental leadership and verified volunteer impact

eCleanup turns environmental action into verified, shareable impact records.

We built it because good intentions don't open doors. Documented leadership does. Students building college applications, volunteers logging community service hours, NGOs tracking field engagement, and schools measuring student participation all need the same thing: proof that action happened, where it happened, and who did it.

On eCleanup, every cleanup report is geo-tagged, photo-verified, and permanently on record. When a volunteer claims and completes a report, that contribution is logged against their profile as a portfolio entry that can be shared, referenced, and independently confirmed. One cleanup is a good deed. A year of consistent contributions is environmental leadership.

We're a small team building the infrastructure for that leadership to be seen.

Our Principles

Verified Impact Over Good Intentions

Any platform can collect pledges. eCleanup logs GPS-tagged, photo-verified cleanups tied to real profiles. That's the difference between a statement and a credential, and it's what colleges, scholarship committees, and NGOs actually need to see.

Every Action Builds a Track Record

One cleanup is a good deed. Ten is a pattern. A consistent record of environmental contributions is the kind of leadership story that resonates with admissions boards, scholarship panels, and community organisations, and eCleanup makes that record visible.

Data That Institutions Can Trust

Every completed report on eCleanup is timestamped, location-stamped, and linked to a real account. Schools can track student engagement. NGOs can report volunteer hours. Universities can confirm leadership consistency. No self-reported numbers, no guesswork.
